People who wish to become – or remain – Dutch nationals

Naturalisation is the most commonplace way to apply for Dutch nationality. Each year, tens of thousands of people become Dutch citizens in this way. Mynta Law can advise you about becoming a Dutch national, and prepare and process your application. We are goal-driven and solution-oriented.

A second way in which one can obtain Dutch nationality upon application is by "option". Option is often faster and more favourable than naturalisation, but it is only possible in specific situations.
